The Conservatory Mansion - Where Culture and The Arts Embrace - is a must-see tourist attraction in Trenton, New Jersey best known for our great facility (studio space, concert hall, outdoor pavilion and available parking), great location (within walking distance of the newly renovated Trenton Train Station, River Line), and great investment (rental rates are phenomenal).

Once home to the historic Trenton Conservatory of Music, the Conservatory Mansion is a place for artists near and far to instruct, perform and/or display their handiwork.

 

Presently, our 8,000 sq.ft. facility serves as headquarters to several cultural arts organizations and businesses including: PROJECTS UNLIMITED, LLC, THOMAS GRICE ACADEMY OF MUSIC, BEYOND EXPECTATIONS (Teen Filmmaking and Leadership Program), GOOD COMPANY (Classic Soul/R&B Cover Band) and FS MEDIA (Sound and Audio-Recording Studio).

We invite all types and kinds of artists to take advantage of our per hour rental studios, indoor/outdoor facilities and amenities including:
